The term “gridside” originated from the location of our property, which is situated beside the grid. We have a 50 amp electrical service at the front of the property, but that is all. In a way, “gridside” also refers to a lifestyle of self-sufficiency and learning, for those who enjoy living semi-on and semi-off the grid, outside of the city where the fun begins. This page will document our journey of building out our “Gridside” property & lifestyle beginning in 2023.
